Make sure u have the correct codec to be able to view subs.

Make sure the .srt file and your video file is the same name. ex (Chilam.avi & Chilam.srt).

When you play the video, the subs should appear.

Julian Cheung Chi Lam held his first solo concerts at the Hong Kong Coliseum in March 2011, twenty years after he started his singing career. The balladeer revisited all of his most beloved songs, from unforgettable classics like "Wish You Well", "Missing You Like This", and "Love Has Died" to recent hits such as "You are Too Kind", "Collagen", "In Love with an Extraterrestrial", and the concert theme song "Melt Your Heart". Ever the family man, Chilam expressed his deep affection to wife Anita Yuen in his performance of "C'est La Vie, Mon Cheri", and to their son in "Toy Story". During the obligatory cover session, he sang the C AllStar hit "Ladder to the Heaven", the Eason Chan song "Elimination", and the Leslie Cheung tribute "Miss You". But the biggest highlights were possibly the appearance of special guest Cecilia Cheung (they duetted on "Thanks for the Concern") and the long-awaited reunion with Maple Hui on stage for their most memorable karaoke hit "Modern Love Story".

Thanks. I haven't downloaded this yet.. but usually when viewing chinese subs with srt file it doesn't work.. well it does, but it appears as ??## different symbols or either boxes. Isn't there supposed to be an .idx file also?

Anyways, how do I fix this? 'Cos I want the words to sing along. lol.

but.. if i was to put this on dvd using [convertxtodvd] does those boxes appear proper chinese traditional writing?

i was given with SRT only to download, i do not know how those work as i personally hate them because they are in my way...
you can sing along but you won't be able to turn off the voice data, someone else need to reply you concern i guess
