but does anyone know how to fix the audio? the audio and video are both out of sync using mpc?

I grabbed the 1080p version... the video and audio are in sync and perfectly OK in MPC

Hi does anybody have any problems with the subtitles? I downloaded both and for some reason they show up as symbols when I play it in VLC Player

Yea I had the same... just converted the symbols to Traditional Chinese and re-saved the file. Then it worked fine. otherwise here's the one I use:
