I don't know the details, but Knoc is a very old member, one of the reasons he's got so much post count is cause he's a Global Mod, checking around. Like he said, if he doesn't have 60 posts a day, PA will explode...(something like that)
The Green Mods aren't as active these days, sometimes they are and sometimes they aren't.
They already changed the Thanks from 1k to 3k and might change it again but I don't see the admin changing the Post Count cause it's already hard to get 3k.

Knoc (black) is Global Mod, he takes care of most of the things outside of the d/l sections while the "Greens" focus on the d/l sections. But Knoc is like the guy with the most posts in PA, so he does have a lot of power so he might have some powers like an admin.

There are only so much custom colors to go around... Like RTH, he got no choice but to pick that lame blue color cause all the other good colors were taken.
I was going for the lime/neo green but since it was too similar to MOD green, I had to take another color but I love yellow too.
